Return & Refund Policy

At Always Present, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is incorrect or damaged due to an error on our end.

Eligibility for Review

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

All requests must be approved before any return is made.

How to Request Approval

To request a review, contact us at alwayspresentofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we will notify you if your request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Incorrect sizing or fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Unauthorized Returns

Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
