We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item received is incorrect or defective due to our error. Any return or refund request must be approved prior to sending any item back.

To request approval, contact alwayspresentofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

By purchasing from Always Present, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restriction.
