Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Always Present is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at alwayspresentofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review the situation.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
